Reservation Confirmation

Reservations are handled on “first come, first served” basis. To confirm your reservation 50% deposit is required. The balance of the total amount must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.

Check in / Check out Time

Check in time is 1400hrs
 Check out is 1200hrs noon. 
Variations to these times depend on availability of Villa Sanook.

Changes to Bookings

All requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing. While Villa Sanook will endeavor to accommodate booking changes this will only occur subject to availability.

Cancellation and Prepayemt Policy

Cancellation
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation
and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival or no show.

Prepayment
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation
and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival.

Damages, breakages or losses

A security deposit of IDR 6,000,000 or USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Guests are responsible for looking after the property by leaving it in good order. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay at Villa Sanook. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during the Rental Period, the Owner or Owner’s Representative may require the Guest and their party, including visitors to vacate the Property immediately, without compensation or refund.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.

Responsibility

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay with Villa Sanook, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali. We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
Bank Account details, or details for making credit card payments for transfer of rental funds, will be sent to you, please note full funds must be received by Villa Sanook, all bank or credit charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Functions and Events

Villa Sanook must approve any functions or events you plan to hold during your stay, including approval for guest numbers that exceed 100% above the number of guests registered to stay. Such approval is at the sole discretion of Villa Sanook and will be priced accordingly. In addition to a villa charge for functions there will also be a charge levied by the local community. Equipment for your function including and not limited to crockery, cutlery, glassware, tables and chairs must be hired, payment and return of the hired equipment will be your responsibility.
